Montane Lakeland 50 and 100 2024

For the fourth year in a row, I’ve been invited back to do the event branding for the Montane Lakeland 50 and 100 event. Every year the event has a theme – so far we’ve had Blues Brothers, Make Legends Not War, and Conistone (Western). Can you guess the theme for 2024?

I am completely awestruck by this event – not just the legends that run 50 or 100 miles through the lake district, but the friendly and inclusive atmosphere created by everyone involved. It’s a pleasure to play a very small part in it.

As if the prospect of your logo being forever etched into a medal that over 2000 people may receive, for the last 2 events, a few people have actually had the event logo tattooed on them! No pressure then 😄 I hope the finishers are proud and pleased with their medals and t-shirts. I aimed to create an event logo that, whilst fitting with the theme, still felt like it belonged to, and represented, this event.

I know finding and choosing a graphic designer to work on your event branding can be a daunting task, so I hope these testimonials and comments from my clients can give you some idea what it would be like to work with me:

“Wow, we have a winner. The design would be an epic shirt, it’s awesome. Strap line is spot on, very clever. So excited !!”

“Worked with closely with Lyndsey on a number of projects last year. She was a real asset to our team. After being given briefs & branding, Lyndsey worked quickly & efficiently ensuring we hit our deadlines. She was organised & flagged issues for us to work on with our clients. Wouldn’t hesitate to give her more work as I know she would deliver.”
