The briefest of logo briefs and the briefest of turnaround times, this one was a race in itself. Not satisfied with the outcome of the logos provided by another designer (hey, it happens!), the client came to me. Could I turn something around in time for the tight print deadlines? Challenge: accepted.
The client knew what they didn’t want (anything similar to years past), and a vague idea of wanting something “modern” that incorporated mountains. So to the drawing board I went, quickly getting down as many ideas as possible. This was whittled down to a final four to choose from, and the logo shown above, is the winning contender.
The logo is for across all the event collateral including medals, neckerchiefs, tshirts and promotional materials both on and offline.
If you have an event that needs a logo, but you’re not quite sure you have a complete brief – get in touch! Turning ramblings and seeds of ideas into fully fledged brand identities is something I do best!
