Personal trainer Gemma Aldcroft asked me to create a fitness programme starter pack design for her new online offering, The Strength Collective – a programme built to support people who are complete beginners to strength training.
Gemma already had an established personal training brand, so the new logo for The Strength Collective needed to sit comfortably alongside it – simple, balanced, and consistent, without competing for attention. Once the logo was finalised, I created a full suite of branded materials for new members – both printed and digital.
Each sign-up received a welcome pack in the post, complete with a monthly accountability tracker, a macros info sheet, a food planner, and an introduction to the programme. I also designed downloadable resources like a beginner bodyweight workout guide, a progress diary, and ticksheets to help track consistency.
To make ongoing updates easy, some of the templates were created in Canva, allowing Gemma to edit them herself and add new resources as the programme grows. It was important that everything stayed on-brand, clear, and motivating as she continues to develop her offering for clients.
The final design is fresh, supportive, and easy to use – helping members build confidence and stay motivated. This project brought together subtle brand development, practical print design, and a flexible system Gemma can keep evolving herself.
If you’re a personal trainer and would like a fitness programme starter pack for your online offering, I’d be happy to help!
